Virtual Therapy

Virtual therapy offers a convenient way to connect through video while still providing the same benefits as in-person therapy.  Accessing virtual therapy requires that you have a private space to talk, connection to the internet and a webcam.  Similar to in-person therapy, your information remains confidential.

Walk & Talk

Step outside the virtual therapy setting and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of our outdoor surroundings while engaging in meaningful therapeutic conversations.  Walk-and-talk therapy provides a refreshing alternative to a virtual session allowing us to experience the benefits of movement, fresh air, and nature's healing embrace.
