Rajeanne (Rae) Bianca (She/Her)
Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling - Provisional
(formerly known as Registered Professional Counsellor - Candidate)
About Rae
My experience working in healthcare as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, as well as my understanding of the interconnectedness between a healthy mind and a healthy body, led to the pursuit of a Diploma of Applied Psychology and Counselling. Drawing from the various threads of my life, I have woven together my natural life skills, my passion for helping others, my education, and my professional experiences to establish this wellness practice.
I was born in the Niagara region and moved west in 2013 for new adventures. As a resident of Fort McMurray, I understand the unique challenges faced in our community, and the ever-increasing need for accessible, personalized therapy services.
When I’m not working, I can be found spending time with my husband and beloved bulldog, lost in the pages of a good book, dreaming of lakes and beaches, or whipping up delectable treats in our kitchen.

Rae's Approach to Therapy
I take a straightforward, practical approach to therapy - honest, supportive, and focused on real change. Sessions are a place to sort through what’s on your mind without judgment, while also gaining tools you can apply outside of the session.
I’ll challenge you when needed, and equip you with strategies and homework that make progress stick.
Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes - it’s about building lasting change you can carry into everyday life.
Santo Bianca (He/Him)
Fitness and Mental Toughness Coach
Canadian Veteran
About Santo
My journey in health and fitness began while training fellow soldiers to build both strength and resilience, and that experience sparked a passion that continues to guide my work today.
In 2013, I founded Iron Camp Fitness in Fort McMurray with the goal of creating a welcoming space where people of all ages and abilities can grow stronger, gain confidence, and work toward their goals. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching athletes, seniors, amputees, and individuals managing joint or back challenges.
As a long-time Fort McMurray resident, I value community, connection, and adaptability - principles I bring into every training relationship.

Santo's Approach to Training
My training style is straightforward, encouraging, and adaptable to each person I work with. I focus on functional fitness (strength, endurance, balance, agility, and overall wellbeing) so that clients can feel capable in their bodies and confident in daily life.
Whether I’m supporting athletes to reach their next level, helping seniors stay active as they age, or guiding someone to move with less pain, I make sure my clients have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed beyond the gym. My ultimate goal is to make fitness feel accessible, sustainable, and empowering for everyone.
